The principal member and immediate family members residing at the same address can use GSK On Tap services. Any sensitive information you give to the consultants or service operators will be treated with the strictest confidence. There is no charge for information, quotes, advice or counselling you receive when calling the GSK On Tap services. You will be responsible for the payment of any external products or services arranged for you through the GSK On Tap helpline. Should you wish to use the GSK On Tap online shop, you will require a valid credit card. The use of the GSK On Tap service shall be at the member’s own initiative and risk. GlaxoSmithKline makes no representations and gives no warranty of any kind – expressed or implied – regarding the suitability of any GSK On Tap product or service. GlaxoSmithKline shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of GSK On Tap. You will require a GlaxoSmithKline employee number to qualify as a valid member of GSK On Tap. The Member consents to the transfer of personal information to a third party if such transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between the Member and PLP SA (Pty) Ltd.
